Create a booth that Brides will Love!

Booth Design Tips

We want to make sure our Brides & Grooms not only have the best experience at the Bellisima Bride Bridal Show, but that they also get the most value and find the vendors they need. As a wedding vendor, you are an expert in weddings! And believe me when I say that Brides want to talk with you. They want to get information and they want to hear your ideas!

So here are 3 simple tips to help you create a booth design that will help brides & grooms stop and want to talk with you!

Clear Message: You want to make sure that the product or service you provide is very noticeable when brides walk by your booth. Keep this in mind: on average, you get about 6 seconds to grab a person's attention. If a couple can not tell what you do in those first 6 seconds, they will walk away if they are already overwhelmed.

Avoid designing your booth with products that have nothing to do with your services. Adding a few decor elements like flowers is great, but be careful that it doesn't confuse the couple as to what you do.

Make sure you have a sign with your company name, logo and something that states your services. You can create a cute sign and place it on an easel or in a frame. (BTW- avoid banners, they’re very 80’s and you don’t want a Bride to think you’re out dated)

Creative not Cluttered: Most brides are overwhelmed when they walk in to a show. The busier or more cluttered your booth looks, the more overwhelmed brides will feel. So make sure your booth is welcoming.

Keep it Simple but Creative. You want to show the brides just enough creativity to peek their interest. Put your best on display but avoid putting too much in your booth. You don’t want the brides to get confused or overwhelmed when they see your booth because they will avoid you.

Communicate your Expertise: Remember, brides and grooms want to talk to you, but they don’t want to be sold to. So you want to start talking to them in a very friendly manner without asking if they’re still in need of your services. That question will most likely have them saying “No Thank You”.

Avoid asking them yes or no questions. Instead ask them questions about their wedding. Ask for their wedding date, talk about the venue they’ve chosen for their wedding reception or ceremony. Simply say “Hi” to them and make them feel special and comfortable. Talk about their wedding! They LOVE talking about their wedding and you'll become their new best friend because you cared enough to!

We want our couples to Love what you have to offer! We are here to help and offer more creative ideas and solutions to make your next bridal show participation a success!
